It's being organised by the Clare Leader Forum and will see supporters, families and friends gather in Treacy’s West County Hotel, for an afternoon of unity, solidarity, remembrance and song.
The gathering celebrates International Day of Persons with Disabilities and gets underway at 11.30 on Friday.
