Home Sweet Home say Dublin City Council have never been in to view Apollo House.

It's after the council's head of housing said they've made their point and should stop taking homeless people in.

Brendan Kenny from Dublin City Council says Apollo House is not suitable to house the homeless, and said they should stop taking people in.

He argues there is enough better quality accomodation – and says 100 bed spaces were available in the city over Christmas.

But Rosi Leonard from Home Sweet Home says many of the other beds are not good quality accommodation.

And says the council hasn't seen the high standard of beds they're offering.

Many of the residents say they don't want to leave to go back on the streets or into hostels.

This resident says it's unnerving.

A press conference is due to be held this morning which may shed light on what the future holds for Apollo House and its resident
