It comes as this years Convention of Galway GAA will debate a motion from the Liam Mellows club, calling for Galway to move to the Munster Championship.
The motion is seen by many as an expression of the frustration felt by the Tribesmen at not being allowed enter their underage sides in Leinster, and not having any home games in the championship.
Cyril Farrell feels the move won't happen but says it's crucial the underage issue is sorted.
