Among them, Peter O'Mahony comes back in to captain the side while Tommy O'Donnell will make his 100th PRO12 appearance.
The sides last met in the Champions Cup the day after Killaloe great and former Head Coach Anthony Foley was laid to rest when the Reds won 38-17.
