Donald Trump says federal judges have made it harder to defend US borders – after they rejected his appeal for his travel ban to be reinstated.
They decided the policy was unconstitutional but the president’s warned the ruling puts the country ‘in peril’.
At the weekend he lashed out at the judge who blocked the measures as a ‘so-called’ judge.
