Clare have been given a huge boost ahead of their Munster Hurling Championship opener in June.
Captain Pat O’Connor and forward Conor McGrath both played their first competitive games of 2017 when lining out for their clubs in this weekends Clare Cup action.
It leaves just Shane O’Donnell as the only real injury concern ahead of the clash with Limerick, with the Eire Óg man set to return to full training in the coming weeks.
