The US President is insisting a border wall with Mexico will be built, despite his problems funding it.
After opposition from political rivals, Donald Trump has decided to leave it out of a spending plan that needs to be agreed this week in order to prevent a government shutdown.
He insisted Mexico would foot the construction bill during his election campaign.
