Motorcyclists are among some of the most vulnerable people on our roads and are over-represented on road traffic accidents.
This prompted Quin man Declan McEvoy and Limerick’s Eoin Stephenson to set up the Munster Advanced Riders in 2010, with the aim of training and promoting skilful and safe riding techniques.
