The Managing Director of Dromoland Castle is hoping a 20 million euro investment will see a surge in golf tourists visiting the hotel.
250 tradespeople are being hired for the works which include the installation of new pathways around the course, the purchase of a fleet of new golf buggies, and a golf academy.
Final touches of the project are currently being put in place on the 330-acre site.
