A man has been taken to hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick.
Gardaí are investigating a firearms incident in the Kildimo area around 11 o’clock this morning, after a dispute between two farmers escalated.
A man in his fifties was taken to University Hospital Limerick, where he’s being treated for non life threatening injuries to his shoulder.

A man in his seventies was subsequently arrested in the Patrickswell area.
He’s being questioned at Newcastlewest Garda Station under Section 30 of the Criminal Justice Act.
