High Levels Of Overcrowding In UHL Once Again

University Hospital Limerick is reporting high levels of overcrowding once more today, on a day where most other hospitals appear to be relatively quiet.

A total of 280 people were awaiting treatment in Irish hospitals this morning, according to the INMO’s daily Trolleywatch statistics.

41 of those – over 1 in seven – are in Dooradoyle, with 23 in the hospital’s recently opened Emergency Department.
