The DUP have ridiculed a Sinn Fein call for the British Prime Minister and the Taoiseach to intervene in the Stormont talks crises.
The Party’s negotiator Edwin Poots was responding to John O’Dowd’s call for Theresa May and Leo Varadkar to intervene as a matter or urgency.
Mr O’Dowd said the main sticking point for his party was the establishment of an Irish Language Act.

Negotiations are continuing today ahead of a statement by the secretary of state James Brokenshire on Monday.
