Lack Of Dementia Services In Clare

Dementia patients in Clare are losing out on services because of what’s being called a ‘postcode lottery’. Half of all counties, including Clare, don’t have specialist memory clinics, and where memory clinics do exists patients may be waiting for over a year to get an appointment.
