A man is due before Ennis District Court this morning charged in connection with the death of another man in Kilkee.
25-year-old Karl Haugh died after he was stabbed at a housing Estate in the town.

Father of one Karl Haugh died in the early hours of Sunday morning, after he had been stabbed during an altercation which occurred at the Marian Housing Estate in Kilkee.
Three men were arrested in the hours after the incident, and they had been questioned by Clare Gardaí.
One, who is aged 21, has been charged in connection with the incident.
He’s due before Ennis District Court at 11 o’clock this morning.
The two others have been released without charge, and a file will be prepared for the DPP.
Meanwhile, tributes will be paid to Karl Haugh later this evening.
His reposal will take place at St. Senan’s Church, Kilkee from 6:30 until 8:00 this evening, before his funeral mass there at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
