The Governor of Guam says people there aren’t panicking – despite North Korea warning it will have a fully developed plan for attacking the island with missiles by mid-August.
It’s reported Kim Jong Un could decide whether to target the US territory within days.
The US defence secretary’s warned the leader that his actions could lead to the “end of his regime and the destruction of his people.”
