Former President of the Olympic Council of Ireland Pat Hickey is not expected to be accused of any criminality in a report due out later on the ticketing controversy which surrounded the Rio Olympics in 2016.
The review by judge Carroll Moran is examining allegations of ticket touting involving THG, a company whose owner Marcus Evans struck a deal with Mr Hickey to be the OCI’s ticket seller at the Games.
