Munster and Castres have played out a 17-all draw in their opening game of the European Champions Cup in France.
Castres lead 14-10 at the break, with Simon Zebo’s try for the visitors coming in between two converted tries for the hosts.
Tyler Bleyendaal reduced the gap to 4 points with a penalty just before the break.
Dave Kilcoyne then touched down in the corner to regain Munster’s lead, until a Castres penalty then levelled it up.
Both sides had plenty chances to win the game, but a swirling wind at the ground resulted in missed penalties by both sides.
17-all is how it remained in the South of France, meaning Munster take 2 points back to Ireland.
