Shannon Group has described a major deal with Jaguar Land Rover as a validation of the ambitious investment programme underway in the Shannon Free Zone.
The luxury car manufacturer is to locate its new software engineering centre at two state-of-the-art buildings there, which form part of the first phase of a 40 million euro investment programme launched in 2015.
The programme aims to develop cutting-edge office and commercial space, which would enable the IDA and Enterprise Ireland to attract new foreign direct or indigenous investment and also boost employment.
