Nurses say University Hospital Limerick remains the most overcrowded in the country.
The INMO’s daily trolley watch statistics show 51 patients were waiting for beds there this morning, 38 of those in the emergency department.
It’s 14 more than the next busiest facility and comes on a day when 552 remain on trolleys at hospitals across the country.
