Motorists are being urged to continue to drive with extreme care after wintry showers have led to icy conditions on some county roads.
A number of minor crashes were reported across the county this morning, while a milk truck overturned on the main Bodyke to Tulla road.
Emergency services including Gardaí and Clare County Fire Service were alerted, following which Department of Agriculture Officials were called in to investigate any pollution concerns and to make recommendations.

There are no reports of injuries.
Black ice remains in sheltered areas, entrances to estates and on footpaths and Gardaí are urging motorists to slow down and be mindful of the icy conditions when out and about on the roads.
