Kilmaley boss John Carmody insists they’re staying grounded as they make their bid for a place in the quarter finals of the Clare Senior Hurling Championship.
They take on last years beaten finalists Clooney/Quin in the winners round with whoever comes through that tie sealing a place in the last eight.
Carmody’s side made it a winning return to the senior ranks with victory over Newmarket in Round One and now have two shots at making the next stage.

He says while they’re pleased with the result, there’s still plenty room for improvement.
