Clarecastle have withdrawn from the remainder of this years Clare Intermediate Football Championship.
The Magpies were due to face Coolmeen in the relegation playoff but the club have opted to make the drop to the Junior A Championship for 2019.
Clarecastle fulfilled just two of their three group fixtures after giving a walkover to Liscannor in the final round robin tie.

It means Coolmeen are guaranteed their place in the second tier for next season.
