A brand new school for Kilrush is one step closer to fruition.
The Department of Education, through the offices of Clare County Council, has acquired a site for a new school building for Gaelscoil Uí Choimin.
The school currently caters for 62 children but demand outweighs capacity, and it’s hoped the new development will allow for further expansion over the coming years.
