Mary Fitzgerald, the founder of Clare Haven Services and Haven Horizons, will be the Grand Marshal of this year’s Ennis St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
The honour has been bestowed on Ms. Fitzgerald in recognition of her work in providing services and supports to women and children experiencing domestic abuse for over a quarter of a century.
She says she’s truly honoured.

The parade in Ennis will begin at 11:00 on St. Patrick’s Day and over 10,000 people are expected to line the streets for the event.
