An Industrial cleaning company, a publican and a caterer are among the Clare tax defaulters on the latest list issued by Revenue.
The largest Clare settlement was by Clean Habit Limited, based at Unit B2 of the Smithstown Industrial Estate in Shannon. They agreed a settlement of over €115,000 with Revenue.
Publican Murty McMahon of Church Street Ennistymon agreed a settlement of over €53,000 having been found to have under-declared income tax and VAT.

While Chang Mao Wang of 2 Dough, Kilkee agreed a settlement of 37,700 euro owing to the non-declaration of income tax.
