Gardaí in Clare are urging motorists to play their part in reducing deaths on our roads.
It comes as new figures show a 30 percent rise in fatalities across the country so far this year, when compared to the same time last year, though none of those have been in Clare.
Garda figures also show there has been an increased number of drink-driving and drug-driving arrests in Clare in the first two months of the year.
