An Ennis economist fears Clare isn’t feeling the full extent of the significant growth in household incomes in Ireland.
It follows a report from business group IBEC shows that household incomes are growing by 6%, while people’s disposable income has also reached a new high.
The economy overall is set to grow by 4% this year, though jobs growth will slow as we near full employment.
