Beef Farmers Say They Have Been Put On Long Finger For Long Enough

Beef farmers in Clare say they have been put on the long finger for long enough.

IFA members in this county are travelling to Cork today for a protest outside a special cabinet meeting at City Hall, where they’ll call on the Government to take action and help them recuperate over €100 million in losses.

They say they’re struggling to make ends meet since beef prices plummeted last year due to Brexit uncertainty.
