50 people are on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick today.
Once, more the hospital tops the INMO’s Trolleywatch survey with 26 patients awaiting admission in its Emergency Department, with the remainder in other overflow areas of the hospital.
Throughout the country today, there are a total of 396 patients on trolleys and chairs, according to the nursing union.
