Last Two Champions Collide In Senior Hurling Draw

The last two winners of the Canon Hamilton Cup will face each other in Round Two of the senior hurling championship.

Ballyea and Sixmilebridge came out of the hat together to with the winners advancing to the quarter-finals.

Round 2A also saw Cratloe face Inagh/Kilnamona, Éire Óg will meet Clonlara, and Feakle take on Crusheen.

In Round 2B, where the teams are playing for survival, O’Callaghan’s Mills against Newmarket-on-Fergus is the pick of the ties.

This section contains the eight teams who lost their first round tie. In the other games, Clarecastle are against Clooney/Quin, Whitegate face Kilmaley, while Tulla and Wolfe Tones go head-to-head.

The Round 2B losers enter the relegation play-offs. The 2B winners meet the 2A losers in Round 3.
