People in Clare are being urged to watch out for the signs of ill-health.
The warning has come from medics, and from Clare FM presenter Brian Flynn after he suffered a heart attack in August.
While he has since made a full recovery, Brian says he initially ignored the warning signs and that he’s been very lucky.
