The manager of the Sixmilebridge senior hurlers says their Munster quarter final loss to Waterford’s Ballygunner was an eye opener and indicative of where Clare hurling is at.
The Clare side lost by 1-21 to 12 points on their home turf at O’Garney Park.
It means the defending champions will progress to face Patrickswell of Limerick in the semi-finals next weekend.
