Last Friday saw students of Ennis National School travel to school on a ‘cycle bus’ for the first time, which saw 24 children supported by six adults cycling in for their classes.
It’s a parent-led initiative, supported by the school and the hope would be to extend it further, both in Ennis NS and other schools in Clare.
