The Status Yellow alert for snow and ice in Clare and the whole country has been extended until tomorrow morning.
Wintry showers are expected to spread from the southwest to all counties throughout the day.
Drivers are being warned to be particularly careful.

The yellow warning remains in effect until 10am Monday morning.
