Clare’s Football Boss says his team can stay in Division 2 of the Allianz Football League.
Colm Collins was speaking ahead of the beginning of Clare’s 2020 Senior football campaign – they meet Limerick in the McGrath cup this coming weekend.
That competition forms part of Clare’s preparations for the National League, which last year saw Clare narrowly escape the drop by virtue of a last round win away to Tipperary.

Clare will also be without the likes of Gary Brennan, Jamie Malone and Sean O’Donoghue next year, but Collins says his team are still more than capable of retaining their Division 2 status in the coming campaign:
