Nurses say trolley numbers at the region’s main hospital have dipped even lower today.
The latest INMO figures show 7 people were left waiting for beds at University Hospital Limerick this morning, 6 of those on trolleys in the Emergency Department.
The overall figure has dropped by 4 on yesterday’s number, with the Dooradoyle facility remaining quieter than any time in recent memory.
