Clare’s Senator Martin Conway has been re-elected to Seanad Éireann.
The Ennistymon Fine Gael representative exceeded the quota following the elimination of fellow Fine Gael member Emer Currie, whose transfers saw him over the line.

Senator Conway is the only one of four Clare candidates in this year’s Seanad elections to win a seat in the upper house.
