Homes and businesses in parts of West Clare have been left without water this morning, following a burst water main.
The areas affected include Miltown Malbay, Mullagh, Spanish Point, Cree, Cooraclare and surrounding group water schemes.
Irish Water says works to address the issue are due to be completed by 6 o’clock this evening, although it may take a further 2 to 3 hours for supply to be fully restored to all properties.
