20 patients were awaiting admission to University Hospital Limerick this morning.
The number marks an improvement on yesterday, when nurses said a total of 28 patients were awaiting admission in Dooradoyle.
Today’s numbers at Limerick are out of step with other hospitals, however.

According to the INMO, there are only 13 patients on trolleys in all other hospitals combined, with no other hospital having more than 2 patients in their Emergency Departments.
