Local artists and those in creative enterprises may be struggling at this time.
Many, of course, are involved in the gig economy and financial pressures may be taking their toll. But a new free online training programme aims to help these artists get back into creative activities and enhance their abilities with technology – through participating in a series of tutorials to learn more about how to get the most out of their phones, PCs and laptops.
