People across Clare are being encouraged to engage with a range of new initiatives that have been launched by Clare County Council to help people to stay connected, active, and look after their mental wellbeing during the public health crisis.
The initiatives, which are forming part of the Government’s “In This Together” campaign, encourages local people to take up a new activities from home.
With so many people now remote working, or coming to terms with having lost their jobs as a direct result of the pandemic, Clare’s Fine Gael Senator says it’s vitally important that everyone looks after their mental health.
Martin Conway believes restrictions on movement over the past number of weeks have taken their toll on many people.
