Supply Shortage Driving More Vibrant Housing Market In Clare

A prominent Ennis auctioneer believes a shortage in housing supply is one of the driving forces behind a more vibrant market in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The latest Daft.ie report, which examined the health of both the sale and rental markets, has found that house prices in Clare have fallen by 7.5% in June compared to the same time last year.

While rental prices have remained relatively stable, as more Air BnB owners released properties back into the rental market.
