The new Cathaoirleach of the Killaloe Municipal District has vowed not to allow Killaloe to become the forgotten area of the county in terms of prioritisation of development projects.
Fianna Fáil’s Pat Hayes wants to see a number of projects brought to fruition, including improved walking routes, which he believes is appropriate in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Maghera Councillor insists that this type of development is cost-effective and is something that can be acted upon immediately.
