Influx Of Outsiders Looking To Buy Clare Homes

Clare auctioneers a reporting an influx of remote workers from Dublin and other parts of the country looking to get on the housing ladder here.

The news comes after it was revealed that the average time to sell a property in this county reduced over the past three months from 13 weeks to six, according the REA’s latest Average House Price Survey.

The price of the average three-bed semi-detached house in the county has remained unchanged over the past 12 months at €180,000.
