“Lockdown in Fanore” is the brainchild of one of Fanore’s artists in residence, Rosaleen Marion. Rosaleen put out a call to the community in Fanore to express their feelings, during lockdown, in verse, in song or even in rap and the resulting “Lockdown in Fanore” does just that. It’s a charming glimpse into the thoughts and observations of the local people during these unprecedented times. “Lockdown in Fanore” is the silver lining created during the covid cloud. All proceeds raised from the song are going to Fanore National school.
