A two-time All Ireland hurling medalist with Clare believes the backdoor system will bring out the best in the Banner’s current crop.
Brian Lohan’s men went down to Munster champions Limerick on Sunday, after initially holding their own up to the midway point of the game.
Clare now await their fate in the qualifiers, and will take to the field again in less than two weeks’ time.
