A two-time All Ireland winner with Clare believes the Banner may reap the benefits from adopting a more direct style of hurling next year.
Clare’s 2020 campaign came to an end after defeat to Waterford last weekend, after a disrupted campaign which saw them reach the National Hurling league final and the last six in the All Ireland series.
Brian Lohan’s side will now have a winter break before beginning their 2021 league campaign in early spring.

1995 and 1997 All Ireland winner Ger ‘Sparrow’ O Loughlin says the Banner will be looking to make use of their strong forward line in the new year.
