Reaching Limerick’s Standard Achievable With Right Resources – Guilfoyle

A former Clare senior hurling captain says the Banner and other counties will be looking to emulate Limerick’s standard over the coming years.

John Kiely’s side were crowned All Ireland champions yesterday, having seen off Brian Lohan’s men in the first game of this year’s championship series back in October.

Clare GAA’s annual convention will be held tomorrow evening, as county boards here and elsewhere reflect on a unique year both on and off the field.
