Councillors in East Clare are calling for more clarity about the proposed Carrownagowan wind farm.
Clare County Council has sent a lengthy submission to An Bord Pleanala, with the local authority telling the planning board it expects the community to gain proportionately should the project go ahead.
East Clare representatives have requested an independent forum be set up to discuss the development and represent local residents.
