Clare County Council has confirmed it’s been the victim of a cyber attack in recent days.
The local authority’s IT team has identified what it calls a ‘vulnerability in Microsoft Exchange’.
All employees have been forced to shut down their email accounts and the Council say a ‘thorough’ investigation is underway.
